Soft sweating in the bio-sauna

The bio-sauna is the light version of the Finnish-sauna and becomes more and more popular also in the wellness-hotels  in South Tyrol. But which are the differences between Finnish-saunas and bio-sauna?

Unlike the Finnish-sauna the ambient temperature in bio-sauna comports only about 45 and 60 °C, the air moisture however 40-55 %.

The bio-sauna allows circuit-gentle sauna-stays; it acts constitutional and skin caring. Particularly in addition with essential oils and with special illumination many experience the bio-sauna in a much more relaxed way as in the Finnish-sauna.

In the bio-sauna you stay about 15-30 minutes, much longer as in normal saunas. You cool down outside or with cold showers.
