Mountain sun...be carefull!!!

Already booked your mountain vacation? Already thought about how to defend your skin from mountains sunrays? Even the ones who love to sunbathe, have to fallow some easy rules in order to avoid skin problems.

Here you will find some precious advices about what to do if you want to enjoy south tyrolean sun without worries:

• Avoid sunbathing between 12,00 and 15,00.
• On trekking tours wear thin but long-sleeves clothes.
• Always wear sun-glasses with UV protection. 
• On walking trips always wear a cap or a bandana.
• Drink a lot water a tee.
• Use sun-lotion and apply it at leat 30 min before sun exposure.
• After sun-exposure always use some after.sun lotion.
